Individual therapy
In individual therapy, the client has the opportunity to talk about his/her personal problems, fears or challenges in a confidential setting. Together we try to recognize and understand different feelings, thought patterns and behaviors. Together we develop strategies and solutions to deal with the challenges and bring about positive changes in life. Individual therapy can provide help in dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties or other psychological problems.


Couples therapy
In couples therapy, we work together to identify and solve relationship problems, conflicts or communication problems. Therapy helps to improve communication, understand the dynamics in the relationship and deal with conflicts constructively. Couples therapy can also help accompany separation or divorce processes and make the transition easier.
Online therapy
Online therapy is essentially no different from individual therapy. Online therapy enables possibility that therapy sessions can be carried out from the comfort of your home or other locations. This saves time and costs for travel and makes participation in therapy sessions more flexible, which is particularly advantageous for people with limited mobility or a busy schedule.


Mental training
Mental training refers to specific mental exercises and techniques designed to help athletes (or other people in the performance field, such as musicians, dancers, police officers, etc.) improve their mental strength and endurance. It aims to address the mental component of sports to maximize performance, manage stress and optimize the athlete's abilities.
Coaching
Coaching is an effective method to support entrepreneurs in developing their leadership skills and optimizing their entrepreneurial thinking. Coaching also offers the opportunity to gain new perspectives and generate fresh ideas.


Self-Awareness
Self-awareness enables people to delve deeply into their own feelings in order to recognize old patterns and, if necessary, change them. It provides a safe environment for self-reflection, personal growth and the development of a healthy self-image.
